Is it possible for you to upload invoices to FacE?

Yes, once your order is placed and paid for, we can upload the generated invoice to the FACe system (face.gob.es). You can request this when placing your order in the notes field, through our website contact form, or by sending us an email.

I need an invoice, how can I get it?

All our shipments are invoiced as indicated by legislation. We send the digital invoice with each order at the time of physical shipment. If you want a copy you can download it from your customer account, in the order history section or ask us for it at any time and we will send it by digital or traditional mail as you indicate.

What taxes will be charged on my order?

In mainland Spain and in the Balearic Islands, we sell with a 21% VAT.

In the Canary Islands, we sell with a 7% IGIC, without customs fees.

In Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and other territories, we sell without taxes since it's the local and international customs that manage the corresponding taxes.
