Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

Yes, we have a delegation in Tenerife. Our products are invoiced with IGIC and without customs charges. In the peninsula and Balearic Islands, we invoice 21% VAT.

I need an invoice, how can I get it?

All our shipments are invoiced as indicated by legislation. We send the digital invoice with each order at the time of physical shipment. If you want a copy you can download it from your customer account, in the order history section or ask us for it at any time and we will send it by digital or traditional mail as you indicate.

What taxes will be charged on my order?

In mainland Spain and in the Balearic Islands, we sell with a 21% VAT.

In the Canary Islands, we sell with a 7% IGIC, without customs fees.

In Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and other territories, we sell without taxes since it's the local and international customs that manage the corresponding taxes.

What is the deadline to withdraw from the purchase or to decide to return a product?

The user has a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the "Product" from the date of receipt of it without incurring any penalty or expense, except for those corresponding to the return, and without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the product is received by the user or an authorized third party.

We do not accept returns of customized or made-to-order products.

What are the requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal?

If the user decides to exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the order, they will be responsible for the original shipping costs if they exist.

The user can return the products by postal mail to the following address: carteling.com at Calle el rey y la reina 18 - 38205 La Laguna.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the payments received from you for the products. But for this, you must return or deliver the products to us directly, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal period will be considered met if you return the goods before the corresponding period has ended.

Do the posters come with adhesive or something to stick them?

The posters or self-adhesive vinyls do come with adhesive, yes. The rest, made of PVC, aluminum, or rigid materials, do not come with adhesive. They can be attached by either using double-sided tape or plastic adhesives such as silicone or similar products. In some cases, they can also be drilled with great care to avoid damaging them and fixed to the wall with screws and plugs. These attachments can be purchased on our website in the Accessories category.

How will my customized posters look?

When we receive a custom poster order, we will send you a virtual sample via email for you to review before printing. This way, you can make any changes you deem necessary. If the posters only need a number, a reference, or a very simple text, we will prepare them directly without sending a sample to speed up production and shipping.
